I haven’t felt very well this last week. It seems like everything that could have happened this week – did! It has been crazy busy for Kesha and me.
We are mostly moved into the new house. It is pretty stinkin’ small. And when I say small – I mean “half –a-roll-of-dimes” small. But on the plus side, it is nice to have a backyard! Now Riley has a place to play, and we can have people over for BBQ’s, and we can lie out and get tans in the Hot Summer Sun.
I met with my Pastor today for lunch. That was really great. Kesha and I are leading the worship this week. We are really excited to get plugged in here!
I have a show this Thursday at the Ike Box – then another show this Friday in Vancouver, WA. It should be fun as always. Then this weekend I am getting together with one of my new band-mates. It should be rockin!
Other than that, I pretty much wish I was Federal Agent Jack Bauer. Because he is really really hard core.

Things never seem to slow down. Life has been super busy lately. I have been working like a dog – speaking of dogs…we got a new puppy named Riley. He is pretty much the best!
Tons of work though! But we don’t mind. He learned how to sit yesterday and pretty much does it every time. Kesha taught him how. It is the cutest darn thing ever.
I met yesterday with some people from the Church to discuss how we are going to revamp the website. I am going to be busy designing that for the next couple weeks. I absolutely LOVE doing that sort of thing – so it shouldn’t be too much of a burden.
Kesha and I are moving again this weekend. I feel like all we do is move. But it will be nice to finally get into a house (even though the house is half the size of our apartment). I can’t wait till we can actually buy a home to call our own. That will be a happy day!!!
Anyway – there are some new things on the horizon for us lately. I will fill you in once I know some more things for certain.

Life is full of choices. It is often difficult to discern between what I want (in my flesh), and what the Lord wants. I have spent a lot of time lately praying about what the next few years of our lives will look like. It is scary and intimidating at times, but I know that the Lord has a magnificent plan in store. Even now He is unraveling a wonderful scheme for us. I have a feeling that things will look VERY different that what I had in mind for the next few years. But that is ok with me, because the Lord’s plan is definitely better than the best I could ever manufacture.
