I know I haven’t blogged in a while…but it has been CRAZY busy around here. Here are a few new things in my life:
- Our trip to Canada was good. We are back into the swing of things already and it seems like we didn’t really get tons of time to rest. But that’s ok. It was good to see the fam — and great for them to see how Coey is growing.
- Speaking of Co, she has 2 teeth and learned to kiss! I can’t believe it!
- Kesha is a little under the weather. But she has a bunch of Lullababy orders…so that’s great!
- I sold my laptop to my sister, and I am getting the new macbook.
- I just gained Uptown Music as a new web client. I will be revamping their whole web presence. Their new site should be up and running withing a month or so.
And that is the snapshot of the last chunk of my life.

I feel like I have no idea what life is all about sometimes. There have been times when I have really felt inspired and had a deep sense of purpose…but this season is not one of those. There are certain things that I aspire to, but I don’t know if those are the right ones. I don’t know if it is too dangerous to ask God to knock some sense into me…

O Canada!

We are leaving in about 1/2 an hour to leave for Canada. Last I heard it was -56 degrees with the wind chill. That’s cold enough to make me go sterile. But it is supposed to be warmer for our visit. We are going to be gone for 9 days…so it will be great to spend some time with my family. Not to mention just taking a few days off of work.
Here are some reason Canada rocks:
- Bubble Tea (and lots of it)
- AMAZING Sushi
- Cheap Hot Wings (10 cents a piece)
- Canadian Slurpees
I will most likely come back 50lbs heavier…but it is dang good stuff!
Gotta go.

Honestly…how freaking cute is this?
The other night when Kesha and I went on our date, Cohen stayed the night at our friends house. They have a little boy that is Coey’s first boyfriend.

So I went out last night with the cutest 24 year old I know. First we went to P.F. Chang’s at Bridgeport Village. It was AMAZING food! Then, we walked around for a couple hours looking through all the shops. Then we got some yummy Gelato! Then we topped the night off with some hot coffee at Peet’s. It was a great evening. Tons of thanks to our friends Courtney & Andy for watching the Co while we had our fun date!
